To be admitted to the Mohammed VI Faculty of Medicine, students must sit for a common entrance examination.

To be eligible for this examination, candidates must have obtained a scientific baccalaureate with an overall average equal to or greater than 13/20. In addition, a weighted average — calculated as 75% of the national exam average and 25% of the regional exam average — must also be equal to or greater than 13/20.

The entrance exam covers four disciplines: mathematics, physics, chemistry, and natural sciences (SVT).
